The Revenant class system defence boat, not to be confused with the 3rd
imperiums heavy fighter of the same name, is one of the current production
series of
system defence boat. Six of this class are currently in service and it is
expected that when an order is finally placed for the new series 400 gunboats a
further order for Revenants will also be placed.
The Revenant class are conventional system defence boats with an offensive
punch divided between a twenty ton missile bay and two standard 67Mj turret
lasers. Defences are extensive with the class being equipped with both an EM
Jammer, EM Mask, Sandcaster and decoy dispensors.
