The series 400 gunboat is the big brother of the series 300. The craft has used
the additional volume to allow the fitting of a power plant capable of firing
the 400Mj laser at its maximum sustained rate of fire of 400/30 minutes
regardless of what other systems are on line. The design is still being
evaluated, but reports are that a contract of some sort is likely for the
series 400.
