The Death Dealer class of heavy fighter represents the pinnacle of indigenous
fighter design achieved by Baleares priot to the arrival of virus. The
squadrons which remain in service with the Hope Federation are crewed by the
elite of the Federations flight crews.
Like all vessels at this tech level the Death Dealer class are kept in
operation through cannibalisation of non flight capable vessels. Partly because
of this and in spite of their elite crews Death Dealers are not often used on
risky missions.
