The Alston league navy currently operates eight ex-Solomani Endeavour class
patrol frigates with working jump drives. These are the principle warship
class in service with Alston. They are difficult to maintain and Alston
currently is cannibalising parts from five other damaged ships deemed
uneconomic to repair. The class members odd names are a result of the various
ships origins, Alston having kept the names the vessels originally carried.
