Fifteen systems make up the Dante subsector. A subsector with a turbulant
history. Its location adjacent to the Woal Warliyir has led to numerous petty
conflicts. This is especially true of the four worlds, Htaikh, Stoakheal,
Treikhstorl and Alrais which were originally settled by Aslan fleeing both the
Aslan Hierate and the Woal Waliyir.
Prior to the onset of virus the Aslan worlds had changed hands several times and all had acquired substantial human populations and as at 5635 AD (1117 Imperial) the four worlds of Htaikh, Stoakheal, Treikhstorl and Alrais had substantially human governments and were negotiating a confederation agreement. All this came to an end when virus hit. Eight of the fifteen systems died outright and all of the remainder suffered major losses. Vulte has made the best recovery, having restored itself to TL9 only one below its pre-virus existance, and its D class starport is on the verge of returning to its pre-virus C classification. |

| The Dante subsector contains fifteen systems with, in 5635 AD (1117 Imperial) a total population of 14.4 billion sophonts. The highest population level was 9 at Alrais, Corforen and Corinth, and the highest tech level was 13 found at Hkaikh. In 5717 AD (1201 Imperial), the total population is 410.5 million sophonts, with the highest population level 8 at Byron and Vulte and the highest tech level 9 at Justin and Vulte. |
