The planet Inius is claimed as a part of the Das Sternen Reich however it now appears that the Thalor are objecting to the presence of Reich settlements in the GJ 832 starsystem.

As far as the Reich is concerned the system is currently held by the duke of Inius as a semi-feudal holding.

The duke also hold a seat on the Reich's Landstraad Council which is based on Wesse. All facilities on Inius are owned by the Reich government which the duke administers as a fiefdom of the Das Sternen Reich with authority granted by the Landstraard Council. Normal citizens have virtually no say in decisions made on Inius.
