The Chevron class destroyer is one of several classes currently in service with
UWC forces. The Chevron's are reasonably armed, with a 2,000Mj spinal particle
accelerator. A number of this class have also been sold to other navies.
Compared to the similar Avenger class vessels Chevron's carry somewhat heavier
armour and the two parallel N-PAWs on the Avengers have been replaced with a
spinal model capable of a higher sustained rate of fire.
