Profile of Replenisher class cargo sloop
The Replenisher class cargo sloop is essentially a slightly modified Mantaray class missile sloop with its missile bays converted to cargo spaces and additional cargo bay doors fitted. Though obsolete a large number still remain in service in civil use and a number are still in military service where they carry out supply runs in backwater areas. Like the Manta class, Replenishers are streamlined but are not intended to land, this can be done using the fusion rockets in an emergency but the exhausts are radioactive. The accomodations on board are also designed for either spun pseudo gravity or zero-g. |
