The Warlock class of destroyers followed the Vixen class into UWC service and
were the last TL9 destroyer class constructed for the UWC navy.
Initially they were conceived of as a faster Vixen and the Warlocks share many
components. In order to fit the much larger fusion rocket needed a smaller less
powerful spinal particle acclerator was fitted and
one of the
heavy laser bays carried by the Vixens was deleted from the design.
