Hussar class grav tank
The United Worlds Commonwealth
Back to the Vehicles contents

The Hussar class grav tank was designed by the UWC and was the first fusion powered grav tank to enter service. The full power of the fusion plant is not utilised by the Hussar and as a consequence a number of variants using both particle and laser cannons are being trialed. A similar grav tank is also being developed by the Sirius Cartel but no reports regarding deployment has yet been released.

Compared with earlier designs the Hussar is expensive, the bulk of the cost being the fusion power plant itself. How effective they are in actual combat has yet to be determined.
