The AC-M8 Lancer light air cushion tank equipped a number of units of the terran forces, and has trickled down to provincial forces. Although not as versatile as a grav tank and limited in deployment to worlds with atmospheres, the AC-M8 Lancer does have the virtue of being somewhat chaper than its grav counterparts.
